  2. Prepare the pie crust and bake it according to the instructions.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  5. Dissolve the gelatin in water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  6. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Add the dissolved gelatin to the cream mixture and mix well.
  8. Spread a layer of the cream mixture onto the baked pie crust.
  9. Arrange the fresh strawberries on top of the cream layer.
  10. Pour the remaining cream mixture over the strawberries.
  11. Refrigerate the pie for at least 3 hours or until set.
