Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare the pie crust and bake it according to the instructions.

In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

Dissolve the gelatin in water and let it sit for 5 minutes.

Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.

Add the dissolved gelatin to the cream mixture and mix well.

Spread a layer of the cream mixture onto the baked pie crust.

Arrange the fresh strawberries on top of the cream layer.
