  1. Soak the rice cakes in warm water for 10 minutes.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together gochujang, soy sauce, and sugar.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
  4. Add minced garlic and sliced onion to the pan and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  5. Add sliced carrot and cabbage to the pan and stir-fry for another 3 minutes.
  6. Drain the rice cakes and add them to the pan.
  7. Pour the sauce mixture over the rice cakes and vegetables.
  8. Stir-fry everything together for 5 minutes or until the rice cakes are soft and coated in the sauce.
  9. Garnish with sliced green onions and drizzle with sesame oil.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy!
