  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out one pie crust and place it in a pie dish.
  3. In a large bowl, combine sliced apples, stevia, cinnamon, lemon juice, cornstarch, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Pour the apple mixture into the pie crust.
  5. Dot the top of the apples with butter.
  6. Roll out the second pie crust and place it on top of the apple filling.
  7. Seal the edges of the pie crusts together and crimp as desired.
  8. Cut slits in the top crust to allow steam to escape.
