  9. Fill each pie dish with the steak and mushroom mixture.
  10. Top with puff pastry circles and seal the edges.
  11. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
  12. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown.
  13. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
