  4. Sprinkle the flour over the mushrooms and onion, stirring well to coat. Cook for another minute.
  5. Gradually pour in the beef broth and red wine, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
  6. Add the Worcestershire sauce, thyme, rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
  7. Return the steak to the pan and simmer for 10 minutes.
  8. Transfer the mixture to a pie dish.
  9. Roll out the puff pastry and place it over the dish, trimming any excess pastry. Brush the pastry with beaten egg.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and crispy.
