Ingredients
  • 1 box Cake mix
  • 1 cup Starlight mints
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 0.5 cup Vegetable oil
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
  • optional for garnish Mint leaves
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, starlight mints, milk, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix until well combined.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  5. Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
  6. Transfer the cake to a wire rack and let it cool completely.
  7. Once cooled, spread whipped cream over the top of the cake.
  8. Garnish with mint leaves, if desired.
  9. Serve and enjoy!
