Ingredients
  • 300 gram Stale cake (vanilla or chocolate)
  • 200 gram Desiccated coconut
  • 250 gram Icing sugar
  • 30 gram Cocoa powder
  • 50 gram Butter
  • 100 milliliter Milk
Instructions
  1. Cut the stale cake into small squares.
  2. In a bowl, mix the icing sugar, cocoa powder, melted butter, and milk to form a smooth chocolate icing.
  3. Dip each cake square into the chocolate icing, making sure it is fully coated.
  4. Roll the coated cake square in desiccated coconut.
  5. Place the coated lamingtons on a wire rack and let them rest for an hour to set.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
