Ingredients
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon Unsalted butter
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup Fresh berries
  • 2 tablespoon Powdered sugar
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  3. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, whisking until smooth.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and melt butter.
  5. Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet and swirl to evenly coat the bottom.
  6. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until the edges are golden brown.
  7. Flip the crepe and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  8. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  9. Serve the crepes with whipped cream, fresh berries, and a sprinkle of powdered sugar.
