Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch pie dish.

In a skillet, sauté the onion and garlic until softened. Add the spinach and cook until wilted. Remove from heat.

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Stir in the cooked spinach mixture, cheddar cheese, flour, baking powder, salt, black pepper, and nutmeg.

Pour the mixture into the prepared pie dish and smooth the top.
