Ingredients
  • 200 gram Pie crust
  • 300 gram Spinach
  • 150 gram Feta cheese
  • 4 unit Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 unit Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté the chopped onion and garlic until translucent.
  3. Add the spinach and cook until wilted. Remove from heat and let cool.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  5. Roll out the pie crust and line a pie dish with it.
  6. Spread the cooked spinach mixture evenly over the pie crust.
  7. Crumble the feta cheese over the spinach.
  8. Pour the egg mixture over the spinach and cheese.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes or until the filling is set and the crust is golden.
  10. Let the pie rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
