Ingredients
  • 250 gram Shells Pasta
  • 300 gram Spinach
  • 3 unit Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cook the shells pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  4. Add spinach to the pan and cook until wilted.
  5. In a bowl, beat eggs and milk together. Add grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  6. In a baking dish, combine cooked shells pasta, spinach, and egg mixture. Mix until well combined.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
  9. Slice and serve the spinach and shells pie warm.
