  • 1 can Artichoke hearts
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 crust Whole wheat pie crust
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, sauté the onion and garlic until softened.
