Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a skillet, cook the Italian sausage until browned. Remove from heat and set aside.

In a separate skillet, sauté the bell peppers, onion, and garlic until softened.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.

Roll out the pie crust and place it in a pie dish.

Layer the cooked sausage, sautéed vegetables, and cheddar cheese on top of the pie crust.

Pour the egg mixture over the filling.

Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the pie is set and golden brown.
