  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the ground beef, finely chopped onion, grated tomatoes, finely chopped red bell pepper, minced garlic cloves, chopped parsley, chopped mint, ground cumin, ground paprika, ground cinnamon, ground allspice, ground black pepper, salt, lemon juice, and olive oil. Mix well.
  3. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions.
  4. Place a portion of the mixture onto each flatbread and spread it evenly, leaving a small border around the edges.
  5. Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the meat is cooked and the edges of the flatbread are crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and let the Lahmejun rest for about 5 minutes.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
