Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.

Add the onion, carrot, and peas to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes, until vegetables are tender.

Stir in Worcestershire sauce and beef broth. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a separate pot, boil the potatoes until tender. Drain and mash with butter and milk. Season with salt and black pepper.

Transfer the beef mixture to a baking dish. Spread the mashed potatoes evenly over the top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden and the filling is bubbling.
