  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Vegetable oil
  • 0.5 cup Almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup Mixed seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, flax)
  • 0.5 cup Dried fruits (cranberries, raisins)
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the vegetable oil, almond milk, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix well.
  4. Fold in the mixed seeds and dried fruits.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
