Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Spaghetti
  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic cloves
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cup Ragu sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 6 leaves Fresh basil leaves
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until translucent.
  3. Add ground beef, salt, black pepper, and dried oregano. Cook until the beef is browned.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in Ragu sauce.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs. Add cooked spaghetti, Parmesan cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese. Mix well.
  6. Grease a pie dish with olive oil. Press the spaghetti mixture into the dish to form a crust.
  7. Spread the meat sauce over the spaghetti crust. Top with dollops of ricotta cheese and remaining mozzarella cheese.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
