Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Spaghetti
  • 500 gram Ground beef
  • 1 cup Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 cup Tomato sauce
  • 2 unit Eggs
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
Instructions
  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  4. Stir in tomato sauce, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. In a large bowl, beat eggs. Add cooked spaghetti and Parmesan cheese. Mix well.
  6. Grease a baking dish and spread half of the spaghetti mixture evenly.
  7. Pour the meat sauce over the spaghetti layer. Top with mozzarella cheese.
  8. Spread the remaining spaghetti mixture on top.
  9. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.
  10. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
