  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, and cook until softened.
  4. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  5. Stir in tomato sauce, salt, black pepper, and dried oregano. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. In a large bowl, beat eggs. Add cooked spaghetti, Parmesan cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese. Mix well.
  7. Grease a pie dish and press the spaghetti mixture into the bottom and sides.
  8. Pour the meat sauce over the spaghetti crust.
  9. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden.
  11. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
  12. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
