Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Spaghetti
  • 3 unit Eggs
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 1 unit Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 cup Tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic until beef is browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. In a large bowl, beat eggs. Add cooked spaghetti, Parmesan cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese. Mix well.
  5. Transfer spaghetti mixture to a greased pie dish. Press down to form a crust.
  6. Pour the meat sauce over the spaghetti crust. Spread evenly.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
