Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Spaghetti
  • 4 unit Eggs
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 unit Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
Instructions
  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until onion is translucent.
  3. Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  4. Stir in tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Add cooked spaghetti to the egg mixture and toss until well coated.
  7. Grease a pie dish and press the spaghetti mixture into the dish, forming a crust.
  8. Pour the meat sauce over the spaghetti crust.
  9. Top with mozzarella cheese.
  10. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  11. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
