Spaghetti pie is a popular dish in Italian-American cuisine and is a great way to use leftover spaghetti.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add the onion and garlic and cook until the onion is translucent.

Stir in the tomato sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.

In a large bowl, whisk the eggs. Add the cooked spaghetti, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Grease a 9-inch pie dish and spread half of the spaghetti mixture evenly on the bottom.

Top with half of the meat sauce and half of the mozzarella cheese.

Repeat the layers with the remaining spaghetti mixture, meat sauce, and mozzarella cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Let the spaghetti pie rest for 10 minutes before serving.
