  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken breast and cook until browned.
  3. Add diced onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté until vegetables are tender.
  4. Stir in cumin, chili powder, salt, black beans, frozen corn, and diced green chilies. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Add cream cheese and chicken broth to the skillet. Stir until the cream cheese is melted and well combined.
  6. Remove the skillet from heat.
  7. Roll out one pie crust and line a 9-inch pie dish. Pour the chicken mixture into the pie crust.
  8. Roll out the second pie crust and place it on top of the filling. Seal the edges and cut slits on the top crust for ventilation.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
  10. Let the pot pie rest for 10 minutes before serving.
