  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken breast and cook until browned.
  3. Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic to the skillet. Sauté until vegetables are tender.
  4. Stir in frozen corn, black beans, diced tomatoes, cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Roll out the pie crust and line a pie dish with it. Pour the chicken and vegetable mixture into the pie crust.
  6. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top of the filling.
  7. Cover the pie with a second pie crust and seal the edges. Cut a few slits on the top crust for ventilation.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
