  • 16 ounce Crab Meat
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 cup Green Onions
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 0.5 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 cup Remoulade Sauce
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, panko breadcrumbs, green onions, parsley, egg, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  2. Form the mixture into patties, about 3 inches in diameter.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the crab cakes until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  4. Serve the crab cakes with remoulade sauce on the side.
