Ingredients
  • 8 sheet Phyllo dough
  • 1 cup Feta cheese
  • 1 cup Ricotta cheese
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 1 tablespoon Dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté onions and garlic until translucent. Add spinach and cook until wilted. Set aside to cool. In a bowl, mix feta cheese, ricotta cheese, eggs, milk, dill, salt, and black pepper. Add the cooled spinach mixture and mix well. Grease a baking dish with butter. Layer half of the phyllo dough sheets, brushing each sheet with melted butter. Spread the cheese and spinach mixture evenly over the phyllo dough. Layer the remaining phyllo dough sheets on top, brushing each sheet with melted butter. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving. Cut into slices and serve warm.
