  • 1 crust Pie crust
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 cup Fresh fruit (e.g., berries, sliced peaches)
  • 2 tablespoon Powdered sugar
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, granulated sugar, flour, egg, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.
