Ingredients
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, cold
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • 1/4 cup Milk
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C). In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Cut the cold butter into small cubes and add it to the flour mixture. Use a pastry cutter or your fingers to cut the butter into the flour until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. In a separate bowl, mix together the sour cream and milk. Add the sour cream mixture to the flour mixture and stir until just combined. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and gently knead it a few times until it comes together. Be careful not to overwork the dough. Roll out the dough to a 1/2-inch thickness. Use a biscuit cutter to cut out biscuits and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown. Serve warm and enjoy!
