Ingredients
  • 3 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoon Granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Warm water
  • 2 tablespoon Unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Coarse sea salt
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
  2. Gradually add warm water and melted butter to the dry ingredients.
  3. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
  4. Cover the bowl with a clean cloth and let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
  5. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  6. Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and roll each piece into a rope shape.
  7. Shape each rope into a pretzel by forming a U shape, then crossing the ends over each other and pressing them onto the bottom of the U.
  8. Place the pretzels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Remove from the oven and brush the pretzels with melted butter.
  11. Sprinkle coarse sea salt on top.
  12. Allow the pretzels to cool slightly before serving.
