  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1.5 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Vegetable oil
  • 0.5 cup Milk
  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 cup Chopped pecans
  • 2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 cup Brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup Butter
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a Bundt pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add vegetable oil, milk, vanilla extract, and eggs. Mix until well combined.
  4. In a separate small bowl, mix together chopped pecans, ground cinnamon, brown sugar, and butter to make the streusel filling.
  5. Pour half of the cake batter into the prepared Bundt pan. Sprinkle the streusel filling evenly over the batter. Pour the remaining batter on top.
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
