Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a Bundt pan.

In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Add vegetable oil, milk, vanilla extract, and eggs. Mix until well combined.

In a separate small bowl, mix together chopped pecans, ground cinnamon, brown sugar, and butter to make the streusel filling.

Pour half of the cake batter into the prepared Bundt pan. Sprinkle the streusel filling evenly over the batter. Pour the remaining batter on top.

Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
