Ingredients
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Chopped pecans
  • 2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add vegetable oil, milk, vanilla extract, and eggs. Mix well.
  4. In a separate small bowl, mix together the chopped pecans, ground cinnamon, and brown sugar.
  5. Pour half of the batter into the greased bundt pan.
  6. Sprinkle the pecan mixture evenly over the batter.
  7. Pour the remaining batter over the pecan mixture.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean.
  9. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
  10. Serve and enjoy!
