Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the sour cream. Mix until just combined.

In a small bowl, combine the cinnamon and powdered sugar.

Pour half of the batter into the prepared cake pan. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the batter. Repeat with the remaining batter and cinnamon-sugar mixture.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
