  6. Pour half of the batter into the prepared bundt pan. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the batter. Pour the remaining batter on top, then sprinkle the remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture over the batter.
  7. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
