  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the chocolate cake mix according to the package instructions and bake in a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  3. Once the cake is baked, remove it from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.
  4. Using the handle of a wooden spoon, poke holes all over the cake.
  5. Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the cake, making sure it fills the holes.
  6. Drizzle the chocolate syrup over the cake.
  7. Spread the marshmallow fluff evenly over the top of the cake.
  8. Crush the graham crackers and sprinkle them over the marshmallow fluff.
  9. Top with mini marshmallows and chocolate bars.
  10. Place the cake back in the oven for 5 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown.
  11. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 1 hour before serving.
