  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a pie dish.
  3. Bake the pie crust for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and set aside.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the egg, vanilla extract, and salt. Pour the mixture over the baked pie crust.
  5. Sprinkle the semi-sweet chocolate chips over the egg mixture.
  6. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it begins to steam. Remove from the heat and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  7. Pour the heated cream over the chocolate chips. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  8. Use a whisk to gently combine the cream and chocolate until smooth and well blended.
  9. Pour the chocolate mixture into the pie crust.
  10. Cut the marshmallows in half and place them on top of the chocolate mixture.
  11. Break the milk chocolate bar into pieces and scatter them over the marshmallows.
  12. Bake the pie for 25 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown and the chocolate is set.
  13. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 2 hours.
  14. Serve with whipped cream on top.
