Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 pint Chocolate ice cream
  • 1 cup Marshmallow fluff
  • 1 cup Mini marshmallows
  • 0.5 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • for garnish Chocolate bar, grated
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
  2. Spread a layer of chocolate ice cream over the crust.
  3. Spoon marshmallow fluff over the ice cream layer and sprinkle with mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  5. Spread the whipped cream over the marshmallow layer.
  6. Freeze the pie for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  7. Before serving, garnish with grated chocolate bar.
