Crush graham crackers and mix with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.

Melt dark chocolate and spread a layer over the graham cracker crust.

Soften the vanilla ice cream and spread a layer over the chocolate.

Dollop marshmallow fluff over the ice cream and use a knife to swirl it.

Freeze for 2 hours.

In a saucepan, heat heavy cream until hot but not boiling. Pour over milk chocolate and stir until smooth.

Remove the ice cream cake from the freezer, pour warm milk chocolate sauce over it, and let it set for 20 minutes.

Remove from the springform pan, slice, and serve.
