  3. Add buttermilk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
  4. Gradually add hot water to the batter, mixing until smooth.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan. Sprinkle mini marshmallows and chocolate chips on top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
