Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.
-
In a medium bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup of sugar. Press mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
-
In a large bowl, cream together remaining sugar and eggs until light and fluffy. Stir in vanilla extract.
-
In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add dry ingredients to the creamed mixture, alternating with milk.
-
Pour batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
-
In a mixing bowl, beat together marshmallow fluff and heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gradually add powdered sugar and continue to beat until well combined.
-
Once the cake has cooled, spread the marshmallow cream mixture on top.
-
Break the chocolate bar into small pieces and sprinkle over the marshmallow cream. Top with mini marshmallows.
-
Place the cake under a preheated broiler for a few minutes until the marshmallows are golden brown and toasted.
-
Remove from the broiler and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
