Ingredients
  • 200 gram Pie crust
  • 200 gram Smoked ham
  • 1 medium-sized Onion
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup Cheese (grated)
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and line a pie dish with it.
  3. Chop the smoked ham and onion into small pieces.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, cream, salt, black pepper, and nutmeg.
  5. Spread the smoked ham and onion over the pie crust.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the ham and onion.
  7. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes or until the filling is set and the crust is golden brown.
  9. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
