Boil the potatoes until tender, then drain and mash with butter and milk.

In a separate pan, fry the chopped onion until softened.

Add the flour and cook for 1 minute, then gradually stir in the milk.

Add the peas, dill, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to the pan.

Flake the smoked fish fillets into the pan and gently mix.

Transfer the fish mixture to a baking dish and top with the mashed potatoes.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until golden and bubbling.
