Ingredients
  • 1 package Frozen Pierogies
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 4 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 4 strips Bacon
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Chives
Instructions
  1. In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  2. In the same skillet, sauté the onion and garlic in butter until softened.
  3. In a slow cooker, layer the frozen pierogies, sautéed onion and garlic, crumbled bacon, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
  5. Before serving, garnish with chives.
