Ingredients
  • 6 ounce Graham cracker crust
  • 4 cup Fresh strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1.5 teaspoon Agar agar powder
  • 1 cup Water
  • 3 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 cup Coconut cream
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine the fresh strawberries and lemon juice.
  2. In a saucepan, mix the agar agar powder and water. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Heat the agar agar mixture over medium heat until it comes to a boil, stirring constantly.
  4. Remove from heat and add honey. Stir until well combined.
  5. In a separate bowl, whip the coconut cream until fluffy.
  6. Gently fold the coconut cream into the agar agar mixture.
  7. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust.
  8. Place the pie in the refrigerator and let it set for at least 4 hours.
  9. Once set, garnish with fresh strawberries.
  10. Serve and enjoy!
