Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Whole wheat flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 4 tablespoon Ice water
Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour and salt.
  2. Add the coconut oil and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Gradually add the ice water, mixing until the dough comes together.
  4. Shape the dough into a ball, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to fit your pie dish.
  7. Transfer the dough to the pie dish and press it into the bottom and sides.
  8. Trim any excess dough and crimp the edges.
  9. Bake the pie crust for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
  10. Allow the crust to cool before filling.
