Shape the dough into a ball, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to fit your pie dish.

Transfer the dough to the pie dish and press it into the bottom and sides.

Trim any excess dough and crimp the edges.
