Ingredients
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 medium Carrots
  • 1 cup Frozen Peas
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 3 cup Mashed Potatoes
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add the onion, carrots, and frozen peas to the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes, or until the vegetables are slightly softened.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the Worcestershire sauce, beef broth, and cornstarch. Pour the mixture into the skillet and stir until well combined. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, butter, milk, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
  6. Spread the mashed potato mixture evenly over the beef and vegetable mixture in the skillet.
  7. Place the skillet in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the mashed potatoes are golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
  9. Garnish with parsley before serving.
