Skillet Pierogies, Kielbasa and Cabbage Casserole

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the pierogies according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat.

Add the kielbasa and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add the onion and garlic to the skillet, and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.

Add the cabbage, salt, black pepper, and paprika to the skillet, and cook until the cabbage is tender, about 10 minutes.

Stir in the cooked pierogies and mix well.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Serve hot, topped with sour cream and fresh parsley.
