Ingredients
  • 12 ounce Pie crust
  • 800 gram Apples
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and place it in a pie dish.
  3. Peel, core, and slice the apples.
  4. In a large bowl, mix the sliced apples, sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice.
  5. Pour the apple mixture into the pie crust.
  6. Dot the top of the pie with butter.
  7. Cover the pie with another layer of pie crust or create a lattice pattern.
  8. Bake for 45 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  9. Allow the pie to cool for at least 30 minutes before serving.
