Ingredients
  • 200 gram Chocolate Cookie Crust
  • 8 ounce Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 6 ounce Semi-Sweet Chocolate
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Peanuts
  • 1 cup Whipped Cream
Instructions
  1. In a food processor, blend the chocolate cookies until fine crumbs form. Press them into a pie dish to form a crust.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add the peanut butter and vanilla extract, and beat again until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate in a microwave or double boiler. Pour the melted chocolate over the cookie crust in the pie dish.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the chocolate layer in the pie dish. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Sprinkle the chopped peanuts on top of the pie.
  7. Place the pie in the refrigerator and let it set for at least 4 hours.
  8. Serve slices of the silky chocolate peanut butter pie with a dollop of whipped cream on top.
